What is my Username and Password?
Once your account gets created in SmartWinnr, you will receive a welcome email/SMS to your registered email address or registered mobile number.
If your organization has registered your account with the official email id, you will receive the welcome email to your official email id. And if your organization has registered your account with the mobile number, you will receive the welcome SMS to your registered mobile number.
Activate your Account with the Activation Link:
If the welcome email contains the activation link, it looks like this:
Click on the button ‘Activate Account’. It will open the following page in your browser (Use Chrome or Firefox).
Enter your new password and click on ‘Set Password’. Remember this password - you will need this password to login to the app later on. Your username is your company email or mobile number to which you have received the welcome email/SMS.
Activate your Account with the System Generated Password:
If the welcome email has the system generated password, it looks like this with your username and password provided in the email:

You should use the username and password provided in the welcome email/SMS as the login credentials to log in to your account in SmartWinnr.
You can use the same username and password to login to your account from both SmartWinnr Mobile App and SmartWinnr web view (web.smartwinnr.com)
What if I lost the email/SMS with the login credentials or activation link?
If you have lost the email/SMS with the login credentials or activation link, you can either write to your system administrator or write to support@smartwinnr.com for the activation email to be resent to you.
