What if I've forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the link called ‘Forgot Password?’ in the login page of the SmartWinnr app.
Enter your username and click on the button ‘Forgot Password’.
The username can be your official email id or your mobile number which you have received in your welcome SMS or welcome email.
When the username is your official email id:
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, open the SmartWinnr app’s login page, enter your email id as the username and the new password.
When the username is your mobile number:
You will receive an SMS from SmartWInnr with the new password for your account. Once you receive the new password, open the SmartWinnr app’s login page, enter your mobile number as the username and the new password.
What if I did not receive the reset password link or SMS?
If you could not find the reset password email or SMS, you can either write to your system administrator or write to support@smartwinnr.com for resetting your password.
