How do I unlock an account?

An account can be locked if a wrong password is entered 5 times. 

Once an account is locked, it will stay locked for 20 min. So the participant can wait for 20 minutes for auto-unlock. Otherwise, she can contact the system admin or write to the Smartwinnr support at support@smartwinnr.com to unlock your account.

For the Admin:  To unlock a user's account, an admin should follow the below steps.

Step 1:- Go to ADMIN > Manage Users.

Step 2:- Search for the user with the Locked account and click on that account.

Step 3:- On the Account details page click on the hamburger menu on the right top and click on the “Unlock Account” option.
