How to download a chat?

Follow the below steps in order to download the chat into a CSV file:

Go to EDITOR > Settings > Groups. Click on an active chat group. Then click on the chat icon at the top right corner of the screen.

This opens the chat conversation in the group.

Alternate option : Go to EDITOR > GAMIFICATION AND ENGAGEMENT > Chat.

Then click on the hamburger icon at the top right corner and then click on 'Download' to download the chat conversation.

The chat extract will get downloaded into a CSV file in your local system.

Download Chat History would download the entire history of the chats that have taken place in the group.
