How can I answer a Query ?

Answering a question in the SmartWinnr app

Follow the below steps to answer a query posted in QResolve through SmartWinnr app:

Open the SmartWinnr app and go to the left menu bar. Then, click on the QResolve:

                                                                               


  It opens the following page where you can see the list of questions that have been posted: 
                                                                           

 Then, click and open a question that you want to answer,then click on the pen icon at the top right corner to give your answer.
 


Now, enter your answer in the "Your Answer" text box and click on the " Submit" button shown below. Your answer will get submitted for that question successfully.
