Define KPIs

The 1st step in setting up a KPI gamification is to identify the KPIs that will be used to drive the game. You can select any KPI that used in your organization to measure success, like

  • Number of calls made
  • Number of new signups
  • Average Call Duration
  • Percentage of sales quota achieved
  • Total Revenue
