How to Approve/Reject a Form Submission

When your form has an approver added to it, users will get points for their submission only once the approver approves the form. Following is how an editor as an approver approves the form submissions.

Go to Left Menu >> Editor>>Under the performance section, choose Forms >> View All Forms.

Here you can find the list of forms that you have created and the forms you have access to.

2.Click on the Analytics icon against the desired form you want to approve.

3.This will take you to the Analytics page of the selected Form. Here you can find the list of submissions made for the selected Form.

Click on the View Button against the pending submission to view the submission details and approve/reject the submission.

4. You can now go through the submission details and then approve or reject the submission accordingly. 

Select the appropriate status(Approve/Reject) under the 'Status' section. Click on the Change status option to change the status of the submission.

5. This will show you a pop-up asking for a confirmation to change the status. Click on the 'Yes' button to save the status.

6. This will change the status of the submission to Approved/Reject.
