How to add a Form to Competition?

Here are the steps to add a Form to a competition:

1. Once you get to the 4th step of creating competition, select Form in the "Select Task".
2. Give name to the Form.
3. Set a start and end date of the task

Select the desired Form you wish to add to the competition.Then, click on the "Create" button.The Form will be added to the competition successfully.
