What are SmartFeeds?

SmartFeeds enable you to send short snippets of information to your teams. It helps to regularly reinforce important information, without going through lengthy training sessions. 

What to send as SmartFeeds?

Most important information that your team needs to remember in order to function well. Like:

• keep your team updated with the latest changes to your products, 
• announce a new product launch,
• about new services or offers that have been added, 
• any piece of information that is important for them to remember. 

These SmartFeeds stay in their feeds for future reference.

What types of files can be sent as SmartFeeds?

You can send 

• videos (like product demonstration videos, training videos), 
• short PDFs (like product specification sheet, clinical trial data), 
• powerpoint presentations ( on product knowledge, FAB)
• link to other websites, 
• or an image or a poster

SmartFeeds come in the form of Twitter-like feeds to the teams’ SmartWinnr mobile app and web view. 

Is the recipient notified when a SmartFeed is sent?

Participants are notified through an email and a push notification on their mobile device that a SmartFeed has been sent to them.
