How Editors evaluate Long Answer Questions?
Evaluation is a systematic process of analyzing the user responses to determine the correctness of the response.
Go to Editor > LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE > Questions and Quizzes > View All Quizzes
In order to evaluate the Long answer questions, the Editor needs to follow the below steps.
1.Go to the quiz for which you want to evaluate the response and click on the "Analytics" icon towards the quiz as shown in the following screenshot.
2. On the analytics page, scroll down and go to the section called Long Answer Analytics.
3. This section will give you a brief summary of the evaluation status of each quiz participant. Click on the Analytics icon against the user for which you would like to evaluate the response.
You can also filter out the candidates based on their evaluation status as shown in the below picture.
Pending Evaluation will show users whose evaluation of long answer questions has not been done yet.
Evaluated will show the users whose evaluation of long answer questions has been done.
4.On clicking the analytics icon against the user will take you to the user-specified analytics page where you can find the knowledge progress and quiz status of the selected user.
Here, Scroll down to the section called Quiz Response. Here, you can find the option called Evaluate for a long answer question that has to be evaluated. Click on the Evaluate button on the right side to complete the evaluation.
- Clicking on the Evaluate button will show the following pop-up where the editor can evaluate and write the feedback for the user. Also, score the user based on his response.
- You can give points for the question in the scoring section. Then click on the Save icon.
