How to archive a SmartPath and unhide them in future if needed?

SmartWinnr allows you to archive SmartPaths that are no longer required, while still providing the option to unarchive them in the future if needed. Archiving helps keep your active list clean and focused, without permanently deleting valuable content.

How to Archive a SmartPath


  1. Go to EDITOR > LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE > SmartPaths > View All SmartPaths. 

  1. Locate the SmartPath that you want to archive from the list of active SmartPaths.

  1. Now on the top right corner click on hamburger icon and click on "Archive SmartPath" option.

Once archived, the SmartPath will no longer appear in the active SmartPaths list, but it will remain accessible in the archived section.


How to Unhide (Restore) an Archived SmartPath

  1. Go to EDITOR > LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE > SmartPaths > View All SmartPaths. 
  2. Click on the hamburger icon on the top right and click on "Archived SmartPath"

  1. On that page you can see all the Archived SmartPaths. Open the SmartPath that you need to unarchive.
  2. Click on the hamburger icon on the top right and click on "Unarchived SmartPath" and that SmartPath will be now available on the SmartPath page.
