How to add a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) to SmartFeed?

To create a SmartFeed with PowerPoint presentation, you can follow the below steps:
  1. Goto Editor > View All SmartFeeds > Click on the 'Add New SmartFeed' button at the top right corner. It will take you to the following screen.

  2. Choose the Content-Type as 'Presentation'. 

If you don't see the 'Presentation' option in your view, please write to support@smartwinnr.com for the privilege to add presentations to your SmartFeed.

3. The following screen will appear once you select the Content-Type as 'Presentation'.

4. Add a title to the SmartFeed.
5. Next step is to upload the Presentation in SmartFeed. To attach a PowerPoint presentation, you will have to first convert the presentation to a PDF and then attach the PDF file to the SmartFeed. To attach the PDF file to SmartFeed, click on the 'Choose File' option > Select the presentation which is converted to a PDF.
SmartFeed can also be added in a Zip file format. In order to upload Zip files, select the ZIP radio button. We recommend to use ZIP option for creating presentation SmartFeed because it can ensure that the order of your slides in SmartFeed remain the same as what you have in the original PPT.
To attach a PowerPoint presentation, you will have to first convert the presentation into JPEG format, where each slide is converted as a image file (.jpeg, .jpg, .png) . Once the slides are converted into image, add it to a folder and zip the folder. Once the zip file is ready, upload the same into SmartWinnr.

To convert the presentation into JPEG format, you can follow the below steps:

(Go to File>>Export the presentation images into a folder>>save it in a JPEG format)  

Once you upload the Presentation which is converted to PDF/ ZIP, SmartWinnr system will automatically revert it back to the presentation mode. This will enable to SmartFeed viewers to view it in the presentation mode.   
6. Set the send date, expire date and category for the SmartFeed. Learn more on send date, expiry date and category value for SmartFeed.
7. Save the SmartFeed.
Following is how a SmartFeed with the presentation will appear in the SmartWinnr app.
If we go into this SmartFeed with the presentation, it will look as shown below.

You can click on the right arrow and left arrow to move around various slides in the presentation.
