How to create Short Answer With Multiple Options
A Short Answer with Multiple Matches Question allows the participants to choose one answer to a particular question from a list of options provided.
Below are the steps to create a missing words question.
- Navigate to EDITOR > LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE > Questions and Quizzes > Question Bank.
- Click on the 'Add New Question' button at the top right corner.

- On the 'Create new Question' select the 'Question Type' as Short Answer with Multiple Matches.

Enter your question in the ‘Question’ field.

- Enter the possible correct answers and specify the grade percentage for each option. For example, if you wish to award 80% for a particular option, enter 80 in the Grade % field corresponding to that option. When a learner selects this option, they will receive 80% of the total points allocated for the question.

The total score for the question should be added here.
Select the “Shuffle Last Option” checkbox to randomize the position of the last answer option in the question.
Feedback:

This section can be used to provide additional information or clarification related to the topic or concept covered in the question. The feedback will be available to learners after they complete the quiz.
Correct answer feedback will be shown to users who answer the question correctly, while incorrect answer feedback will be displayed to users who answer the question incorrectly.


Reviewer Notes:
You can add any additional feedback on the question or answer options.

This content in the Correct Answer Feedback and Reviewer Notes is shown to participants after they submit their answers and can incorporate text, images, or videos.
Categories:
Every question must be assigned at least one category. Categories are predefined by your administrator. You may select multiple categories if applicable.

Once you have filled in the required details of the question, click on the 'Save New Question' button in order to save the question.
