How to reset a coaching video

Only Editor who has created the coaching can reset a video coaching assignment.

To reset the coaching video for a user follow below steps:


  1. Go to Editor > Coaching > Video Coaching > Click on Analytics button on the right side.  

  2. Once you are on the Analytics page scroll down to the Coaching Status tab and select the submitted video as shown below:

  3. Once you open the video page click on the hamburger menu on the top right and then click on "Reset Coaching" button.

  4. Final prompt will appear and click on "Yes".


This will reset the coaching video for the particular user and redirect you back to the "Analytics" page.
