How to delete a Survey

Deleting a Survey without any Responses

Follow the below steps to delete a survey through SmartWinnr.

Go to Editor > LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE >Surveys. Click on the you want to delete.

It opens the following screen where you can see the details of the survey.

Click on the Hamburger icon on the top right corner.

Click on the delete button. It will open the following pop up.

Click on Yes Button and it will delete the survey.

Deleting a Survey with Responses

Once a survey has been attempted by one or more participants, the system does not allow the survey to be deleted.

If you try to delete a survey that already has responses, SmartWinnr will display an error message indicating that the survey cannot be deleted because some participants have already taken the survey.

This restriction is in place to ensure data integrity and prevent the loss of collected responses.
