Send a SmartFeed multiple times

  1. You can resend a SmartFeed to your team as needed. Follow the steps below:
    1. Navigate to SmartFeeds > View All SmartFeeds.
    2. Select the SmartFeed you want to send again.
    3. On the View SmartFeed page, click the Send button at the top-right corner.

      Choose the participants to whom you want to resend the SmartFeed.

      Select one of the following sending options:

      • Send Now: Publishes the SmartFeed immediately.
      • Schedule Later: Allows you to schedule the SmartFeed for a specific date and time.
    4. Click Send SmartFeed to complete the process.

Participant Selection in SmartFeeds

When sending a SmartFeed, you can choose recipients using different selection types:

  • User: Select individual users to receive the SmartFeed.
  • Group: Select users based on pre-defined groups within your organization.
  • Metatag: Select users based on metatags assigned to them.

You can also filter recipients by division to ensure that the SmartFeed reaches the appropriate audience efficiently.

This allows precise targeting of your SmartFeeds for maximum relevance and engagement.


In addition to selecting users, groups, and metatags, you can further filter recipients when sending a SmartFeed:

  • Business Unit and Subdivision: Select users belonging to a specific business unit or subdivision.
  • Role: Filter users based on their role within the organization.
  • Email IDs: You can paste one or more specific email IDs comma seperated, in the email column to target only those users.

These advanced filters allow you to precisely control who receives the SmartFeed, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience.

You can view it from the Sent History which gets displayed on the 'View SmartFeed' page.
