Key Tips

Review all three tabs: Each tab provides unique insights. The Scores tab gives you the big picture, Evaluation Criteria shows detailed feedback, and Analytics tracks your progress over time.

Focus on improvement areas: Pay special attention to the improvement areas and AI suggestions. These tell you exactly what to work on for your next attempt.

Compare scores across attempts: If you've completed multiple attempts, use the Analytics tab to see how your performance is improving. This helps you track progress and identify patterns.

Use feedback before retaking: Always review your detailed feedback before making another attempt. Understanding what to improve dramatically increases your chances of scoring higher next time.

Watch for compliance issues: If the Evaluation Criteria tab shows compliance or factual correctness feedback, address these issues carefully in your next attempt. Accuracy and compliance are critical in customer-facing conversations.
