How to delete a SmartFeed?

You can delete a SmartFeed even after it has been sent to your teams. Once deleted, the SmartFeed will be removed from all recipients’ feeds and permanently deleted from the system. Please note that deleting a SmartFeed will also remove all associated tracking details and sent history, and this action cannot be undone.

If you want to make a SmartFeed unavailable to recipients while retaining its view history and tracking data, we recommend expiring the SmartFeed instead of deleting it.

Steps to Delete a SmartFeed

  • Navigate to EDITOR > LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE > SmartFeeds.
  • Select the SmartFeed you wish to delete.
  • In the top-right corner, click the hamburger (⋮) icon.
  • Choose Delete from the menu.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  • Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Once you delete a SmartFeed, that SmartFeed will disappear from the feed of all recipients.
