Question bank

The Question Bank in SmartWinnr serves as the central repository for all questions created within your division. It contains questions developed by trainers across your business unit.

Any question that you create will get automatically added to the Question Bank.

Searching the Question Bank

• The name of the person who has created it
• And the 'Question Type'--  Multiple Choice, Fill in the blanks, Matching,  Hotspot, Re-Order, Missing Words, Drag and Drop into Text, Short Answer with Multiple Options, Long Answer, Drag and Drop into Image, Numeric questions.
• You can also search for questions in a specific category by entering the category in the 'Category Values' box.
• You can search for specific questions by entering your search text in the 'Search' box. 

Also, the Question Bank comes with an advanced search. 

Click on the ‘Advanced Search’ link to open the ‘Advanced Search’ box.

Here, you can see

• The business unit for which it was created
• The language in which the question was created

You can set Created By to All to view questions created by all editors. Additionally, you may filter the results by question type, business unit, or category to view questions created for specific criteria.

You can paste the question text into the Search field and click the Search button to display the relevant question. To clear the search results, delete the text from the Search box and click the Search button again.
