How to embed a link into the question
Sometimes you want to add a link to an external site in your Question body or the Feedback section.
Click on the link icon in the question or feedback box, as shown below:
Add External Link
- Go to the "External Links" tab
- Give a title to the link in the "Link Title" field. This will be visible in the mobile app
- Provide a link to the external article in the "External Link" field
- Then, click on the "Submit" button
- The external link will get embedded into the question successfully
