How to view the SmartPath Analytics.

You can view detailed analytics for any SmartPath to understand learner engagement, progress, and performance.


Follow the below steps to view the SmatPath analytics:


  1. Navigate to EDITOR > Learning and Knowledge > SmartPaths > View All SmartPaths. This opens a list of all SmartPaths you have created.
  2. Click on the SmartPath for which you want to view analytics.
  3. On the particular SmartPath card, click on the 'Batches' button at the bottom right corner. Alternatively, you can click and open a particular SmartPath and then click on the 'View Batches' button at the top right corner of the screen.

  1. Click the Analytics icon next to a batch to open the SmartPath Analytics report.


What You Can See in SmartPath Analytics?


The analytics report provides multiple insights into learner activity and performance:

1. Overall Participation

Shows the number of learners who have completed, are in progress, or have not started the SmartPath.

Displays a summary of learner progress across the SmartPath:

  • Completed – Learners who have finished the SmartPath
  • In Progress – Learners currently working on it
  • Not Completed – Learners who have not started

The donut chart offers a quick visual snapshot of overall completion status.


2. Participation by Country

Displays a graph showing the percentage of learners who have started the SmartPath, broken down by country. This can be updated to metatag wise participation analytics as well if required. This helps compare regional engagement and identify adoption trends geographically.

3. Quiz Analytics


  • Category-wise Performance (All Countries)

Displays average quiz performance by category (for example, Anatomy & Physiology, Handling Objections, Closing) across all countries.


  • Performance by Category by Country

A heatmap view that highlights quiz performance by category for each country. Color indicators make it easy to identify strong and weak areas region-wise.

4. Module and Segment Analytics

This analytics view helps you monitor learner engagement, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement across your SmartPath modules.

Provides participation details for each module and its segments, such as:

  • SmartFeeds
  • Quizzes
  • Surveys

For each segment, you can view:

  • Segment name
  • Segment type
  • Participation percentage
  • Quick access to detailed segment-level analytics

Click the analytics icon for a specific segment (e.g., quiz, SmartFeed) to view detailed segment-level analytics, including participation and performance metrics.


If you click to see the analytics of a quiz it will display the following analytics report of that quiz:

Here you can see Overall Participation, Participation by Country, You can also see the leaderboard and various other metrics.

You can also view metrics of SmartFeeds, Surveys, etc., by clicking on the respective analytics icon.

5. User-Wise Performance

Shows the progress and completion status of each learner within the SmartPath. You will get to see each user's progress in the SmartPath completion.
