SmartPath Dashboard

The SmartPath Dashboard provides a complete view of learner engagement and progress across your learning journeys. SmartPaths are structured learning programs that combine different types of content—quizzes, surveys, SmartFeeds (micro-learning), and SCORM courses—into a cohesive curriculum.

This dashboard is designed for trainers and editors to monitor course activity, track completion rates, identify top performers, and understand how different types of learning content are being used.

When should you use this

Use the SmartPath Dashboard to:

  • Monitor how many SmartPaths (learning courses) are currently active
  • Track overall learner participation and engagement across all programs
  • Measure total learning time and average time per learner
  • View completion trends over time
  • Understand the distribution of different learning components (quizzes, surveys, content, courses)
  • Identify which SmartPaths have the highest completion rates
  • Recognize top-performing learners
  • Track certification program enrollment and completion
  • Analyze performance by learning module type (quizzes, surveys, SmartFeeds)

The SmartPath Dashboard has two main tabs at the top:
